Max has his eyes, heart, OFA elbow prelims and PennHIP 90% clearances.   Primrose's, father (Max) and grandmother (Sparkle) were all  PennHIP at 90%.  Primrose's brother (House) was pennHIP at 100%.  Primrose has her eyes, elbows, cardiac and is PennHIP 100%.   This is the best rating possible and very rare to get.   She is CHIC.
