GoldenQuest is honored that Sunbeam was willing to send us such an outstanding dog. Conner is a breathtaking dog who is very sweet and even tempered. 

Conner's mother is CH Laurell's Sunbeam's Pink Panther SDHF (Tigger). Tigger completed her championship at 18 months of age in limited showing. She is a multiple Group Winning bitch and was the #3 Golden Retriever bitch nationally in 1997. She is a show dog hall of fame dog (SDHF). Tigger is OFA excellent. This is Tigger's second litter and is a repeat of her first litter. Puppies from the first litter have full dentition and three of the four have been x-rayed and have good to excellent hips. Tigger's sire and dam both are in the SDHF.

 Conner's father is CH Sunbeam's Worth The Wait SDHF (Gainsborough). He finished his championship easily with very limited showing. He is a multiple Best in Show Winner and was twice a Top Twenty Golden. Gainsborough is OFA excellent. His mother is an Outstanding Dam and multiple Special Winner. His father is an Outstanding Sire, a multiple Best in Show Winner and is in the Show Dog Hall of Fame. Gainsborough has Champion and Show Dog Hall of Fame Get (offspring).

 Conner  is an International Champion.  He has his CERF (eye clearance), SAS (heart clearance), OFA Hip clearance and  OFA Elbow clearance.  He has a PennHIP evaluation report with a left hip DI of 0.42 and a right hip DI of 0.38.  He shows not DJD, cavition and does not have any negative findings.  His hips are tighter than 90% of all other goldens.   He is a CHIC dog.

Conner

 Conner has a wonderful outline with an excellent front.  He has a pleasing head with good planes.  He has full dentation with a good bite.  He is healthy and energetic.  Conner has very tight feet and outstanding movement. 

He is a wonderful dog that has turned many heads. His first weekend out he got points both days while being handled by our 9 year old daughter.  His second weekend out he got points, went to group 2 and beat the #1 golden retriever in the USA.  He got his International Championship in a single weekend.  He has his Therapy Dog International (TDI), Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and Companion Dog (CD) Title.  

Conner has has been tested for PRA.  This is a disease that causes progressive blindness that approximately 27% of all golden retrievers may be carriers/affected.  Conner is clear, A, a non affected, non carrier dog.  Click here to learn more about PRA in golden retrievers.

CJ is a son of Conner and Sparkle.   Both parents are International Champions, therapy dogs, CHIC, pennHIP 90% and PRC-A cleared.   CJ is sweet, loveable and even tempered. CJ is pennHIP'ed  70%, CERF, cardiologist heart cleared, and PRA-A by parentage.   He has wonderful structure and lots of coat.  Like his father he is a real head turner.   He is OFA Good and pennHIP 70%.  He has his cardiology clearance, CERF clearance and OFA elbows.  CJ  is PRA cleared by parentage.  He is a CHIC dog, like his father.

Max is a dark mahogany red.   He has his OFA prelim hip and elbow clearances.  He has his SAS cardiologist clearance.  He has produced his first litter of pups and the whole litter was CERF cleared.  They were stunning pups.  We are excited to add Max to our breeding program.

Sam is a son of Dakota and Susie.  Both parents are British creams.  Dad, Dakota is OFA excellent and pennHIP 100%.  He has his CERF, SAS and OFA elbow clearances.  Susie is OFA good, CERF clear and has her OFA elbow clearance.   Susie's mother was pennHIP 90%.   Sam is a very sweet, even tempered, fun loving boy.   Sam has his OFA prelim hips and elbow clearances.  He is pennHIP 80%.  He has his prelim cardiac clearance.

George's pedigree and clearances

George was our foundation sire.  He lived a long life and was an exceptionally healthy dog.  He had his eyes, hips, elbow and heart clearance.  George produced many pups that were successful service dogs that changed their owner's lives.  Fortunately we have frozen semen on George and hope to have litters from him in the future.  He is gone but will never be forgotten.
